It’s 2009

My german provider, domainbox on friday updated its servers, since that my website and email were offline for 3 days. Why for so long? Well, because

  • their live support (chat) is offline
  • phone support (14c/min) is always busy
  • they are working mo-fr, 9:00-6:00

I mean… it’s 2009 and I’m paying 120eu/year. How can provider take the liberty of it?
